• All customers attending the sale must sign in to obtain a bidder card.
• Vehicles may be previewed the day of sale from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
• All vehicles are sold as is where is; without warranty expressed or implied.
• To bid on a vehicle, hold up your bidder card so the auctioneer can see it.
• If you are the high bidder, you must go to the stand and sign for your vehicle. If you are deemed the high bidder, you own the vehicle.
• The vehicle must be paid for in the ADESA Syracuse offices.
• If you would like to participate in a GSA Auction please register beforehand.

There are different payment terms for GSA and repossession vehicles. Please read carefully.

All vehicles paid in full day of auction by 1:30 pm with cash, cashiers check, Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover.

All vehicles require $300 cash deposit at time of purchase and the balance paid within two business days from the date of sale. All balances must be paid with cashiers check or cash, Visa or Mastercard only.
