	David Taylor, General Manager taylord@tristateaa.com Responsible for overall operations, David's focus is hiring, managing and motivating a winning team. According to David, "It's all about giving the right people the right tools, so they can provide the best customer service for both buyers and sellers." A Tri-State veteran of 15 years, he is also responsible for facilitating new business. David holds a BA in Accounting.
	Melvin Tyrrell, Assistant General Manager tyrrellm@tristateaa.com Mel describes his role this way: "I'm responsible for getting the vehicles here, making sure they are ready on auction day, and making sure they get through the lanes." He oversees the fleet operations, as well as the maintenance and repossession departments. Mel has over 18 years of auto auction experience, including 10 years at Tri-State.
	Dave Africa, Fleet/Lease Manager africad@tristateaa.com Dave is responsible for Tri-States fleet off-lease accounts, helping remarketers prepare their vehicles for resale. According to David, the key to his department's success is focusing on good communication and service. "Exceptional service and communication helps us maximize efficiencies, value and ultimately, return for our clients." David joined Tri-State in 2001.
	Sharon Loguidice, National Accounts Manager loguidices@tristateaa.com "Our goal is to go above and beyond the quality service that customers expect," says Sharon. An important part of her role, she says, is providing personalized follow up service after the sale to maximize value for the customer. Sharon has been at Tri-State for over eight years.
	Cyndee Case, Office Manager casec@tristateaa.com Cyndee's role impacts buyers and sellers in two important ways. First, she is responsible for coordinating more than 50 office and auction lane personnel on auction day. Secondly, she is the intermediary between buyers and sellers, making sure that all paperwork is intact and in order. Cyndee has been at Tri-State for over 13 years.
